Following a little girl’s journey into the unknown in search of the Tree, Journey illustrates the rules of life and the challenges that shape us as we grow out of our old selves. Through a series of mixed-media paintings on paper, the project explores different stages along the way, including encounters with chaos, distorted goals, and unidentifiable strangers. “Journey” suggests that the most meaningful things may be found along the path to the Tree.
